Saturday 3rd October
Former BBC Newsnight producer Sam McAlister negotiated one of the most talked-about television interviews in history with Prince Andrew an interview that became the Netflix film Scoop.
During the evening, Sam will take audiences behind the headlines, sharing the stories behind securing interviews with world leaders, celebrities and some of the biggest names in global news. It's an evening of journalism, negotiation, resilience and extraordinary storytelling.
Sunday 18th October
Bonington Theatre, Arnold
Our brand-new afternoon series begins with Sunday Times bestselling author Carol Ann Lee.
Carol will explore one of Britain's most infamous historical cases, the Pendle Witches and reveal why the story may not be quite as straightforward as we've all been led to believe. Expect fascinating history, gripping storytelling and plenty of audience questions.
Katie has a long-term association with the station having worked there on and off over the last 27 years and just recently Mansfield 103.2 has enjoyed a renaissance with new owners Paul and Nicola Chadbourne taking over the reins in May of this year.
Just as we have exciting things planned, Paul and Nicola are moving the station forward and breathing new life into it with the introduction of panto legend Adam Moss taking over the Saturday lunchtime show and the two of them hosting the Major Roast every Sunday from 12.
